Policy Statement
Squillo Companies, Squillo Entertainment and ITCFIT and any and all affliates is committed to maintaining a work environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
Harassment or discrimination of any kind, whether committed by or against an employee, contractor, intern, volunteer, customer, or other third party, is strictly prohibited.
Scope of Prohibited Conduct
This policy prohibits conduct that constitutes discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or other unlawful treatment based on any legally protected characteristic or status. In addition to compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, Squillo Companies, Squillo Entertainment and ITCFIT and any and all affliates extends protections to a broader range of personal characteristics and identities.
Protected Classes
Discrimination or harassment based on the following characteristics is strictly prohibited:
Race, color, ethnicity, or national origin
Ancestry or cultural background
Sex, gender, gender identity, or gender expression
Sexual orientation
Marital status, familial or caregiver status
Pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions
Age (including protections for youth and older individuals)
Religion, spiritual belief, or creed (including atheism and agnosticism)
Disability (all forms of disability)
Medical condition, genetic information, or biometric data
Military or veteran status
Citizenship or immigration status
Language or accent
Socioeconomic status or housing status
Appearance, including weight and height
Criminal history
Political beliefs or affiliation
Status as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking
Any other status protected by applicable law or recognized by Squillo Companies, Squillo Entertainment and ITCFIT and any and all affliates values.
Definitions
Discrimination is defined as any adverse employment action or unequal treatment based on a protected class.
Harassment includes unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical, visual, or digital, that is based on a protected characteristic and that:
Has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment; or
Unreasonably interferes with an individual’s job performance or access to equal employment opportunities.
Sexual harassment is a specific form of harassment that includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other conduct of a sexual nature.
Reporting and Investigations
Employees who experience or witness harassment or discrimination are encouraged to report the behavior to owner or their supervisor/manager. Reports will be handled promptly, thoroughly, and confidentially to the extent possible. Retaliation for making a complaint or participating in an investigation is strictly prohibited.
Disciplinary Action
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Contractors, vendors, and other third parties may have their relationship with Squillo Companies, Squillo Entertainment and ITCFIT and any and all affliates will be terminated for policy violations.

Is committed to providing a workplace that is free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Conduct that violates this policy will not be tolerated, regardless of whether it rises to the level of a violation under applicable federal law.
This policy complies with and incorporates protections established under U.S. federal law, including but not limited to:

Equal Pay Act of 1963 (EPA)
Requires that men and women be given equal pay for equal work.
Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978
Prohibits discrimination based on pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions
